I’m a Dutch guy that loves to travel. My first time in Ukraine was actually way before the war in 2019. I made a 8 month trip all over Eastern Europe and spent 6 weeks all over the country. I fell in love with Lviv and came back in 2021 for 3 months (fun fact: most tourist visas for UA are 90 days). After I spent 1.5 year in Georgia (the country), a friend told me she was volunteering here. I made the impulsive decision to move here for a few months to volunteer during the war. This was in 2023. After spending several months back in NL, I decided to move here for the long term. Which was my plan since 2021 since I fell in love with the country! On this website I will share my experiences, info I gathered, info about the city and much more! It is all from my personal experience or point of view 🙂
